SHIPPING POLICY
At Confidence North™, many of our products are made to order through our trusted fulfillment partners, including Printful. This allows us to reduce waste, create intentionally designed products, and offer a wider variety of apparel, accessories, and lifestyle items.
PROCESSING TIMES
Most apparel and made-to-order items are processed within 2–7 business days before shipment.
During holidays, launches, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
SHIPPING TIMES
Estimated shipping times vary based on product type and destination:
United States:
Typically 3–7 business days after fulfillment
International:
Typically 7–21 business days depending on carrier and customs processing
Please note that shipping timelines are estimates and may occasionally experience delays outside of our control.
MULTIPLE SHIPMENTS
Because some products may ship from different fulfillment partners or facilities, orders containing multiple items may arrive in separate packages.
TRACKING INFORMATION
Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information via email.
INCORRECT ADDRESSES
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Confidence North™ is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

LOST PACKAGES
If tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please first contact the shipping carrier. If you still need assistance, reach out to us and we will do our best to help.
